JKidz Model Matzah Bakery
Chabad of Palm Beach Gardens Hebrew School recently
hosted the JKidz Model Matzah Bakery.
The first 30 minutes started with interactive, age-
appropriate prayer and Passover-related educational activities
in groups with the Hebrew school teachers. The Tinoki class
(ages 0-3) also had circle time and sensory play to start off
the day.
The students were all smiles as they were brought to
the Model Matzah Bakery. They raced to build Egyptian
structures as an example of our ancestors’ slavery, dressing
in costumes and mixing matzah dough. The kids and their
parents got to roll and bake their own matzahs to top off this
memorable hands-on family experience.
