The Palm Beach County
Medical Society (PBCMS) and
Services held its 21st Annual
Heroes in Medicine Awards
Luncheon, on Thursday, May
23. More than 100 guests
enjoyed an elegant afternoon
at Benvenuto Restaurant &
Banquet Facility honoring the
2024 heroes. Jean Acevedo
of Acevedo Consulting and
Dr. Vicki Norton of Baptist
Health served as cochairs, and
Dr. Alan Pillersdorf served as
honorary chair.
The event raised $22,000
to help support PBCMS and Resident Winners Health Care Winner
Services programs, including
