Hello, everyone! I’m Ashley
Rozo, the Fitness Manager at The
Club at Boca Pointe. I’m thrilled
to introduce myself and share my
incredible journey with all of you.
My fitness adventure began when I was overweight and
determined to make positive changes. Witnessing a friend’s
weight loss journey inspired me to take my first spin class
16 years ago. The idea of teaching classes and motivating
others ignited a passion in me that has driven me ever since.
Over the years, I earned multiple fitness certifications
and lost over 100 pounds, transforming both physically and
mentally. Teaching classes was a side gig while working
full-time, but seven years ago, I decided to go all-in and
focus on personal training and teaching classes full-time.
