Call for Nonprofessional Artists
Seeking Submissions for an Art Exhibition
at Our Signature Event on 2/18/25 at Broken Sound Country Club
Theme: What HOPE Means to Me!
Participation Requirements:
This exhibition is only open to Pap Corps members, who are not professional artists*
Submit this signed Call-to-Artist form by October 18 to ART@thepapcorps.org
All applicants will be considered for exhibition
A photo of your completed artwork is due by December 18 to ART@thepapcorps.org
Full instructions will be emailed prior to deadline
Artists selected to showcase in this exhibition will be notified by email on or before January 18, 2025.
*Professional artists who have received compensation for their work and
are interested in supporting the event should contact the office at 954-425-8100
Types of artwork eligible for consideration:
Painting, Drawing, Mixed-media, Photography
Submitted artwork must be on stretched canvas,
poster/gator board (photos/watercolors), metal, or framed
for easy display on easels
Approximate Accepted Display Sizes: 16x20, 24x24, 36x24, 30x40

options:
• Website- www.gateaccess.net
• Cell phone app- Download ABDI/Gate Access
from the app/play store
• Access Control- Call 561-395-3392 or leave a
voicemail message at 561-395-3369
The advantage of using gateaccess.net or the app Operating as
is the ability to:
• Add a guest for the day or permanently
• Remove a guest
• Send a pass with barcode
• Receive notification of guest arrival
