Initial Concrete Pour Of The Ritz-Carlton Residences

The Event Celebrates The Completion Of Sitework And
The Commencement Of Vertical Construction

The renowned developer, Catalfumo Companies, is

for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens.
This announcement follows the completion of the
marina for the project ahead of schedule, as well as the
completion of site work, which took place over the last
year. This included moving 38,000 cubic yards of soil
onsite, installing 207 pairs of sheet piles, compacting
soil through vibroflotation, and Catalfumo Companies
securing a record-breaking $340 million loan to finance
the construction of the development.

completion scheduled for early 2026 and over 30 percent of
