Palms, flowering shrubs, annuals, and Oak Trees that adorn
the community throughout Caravelle Circle and Chateau
Drive. These trees not only offer shade and respite but also
contribute to the small-town charm that Caravelle exudes.
The community wall that winds throughout the village offsets
the landscape and adds to the overall aesthetic. In addition
to this communal landscape, each townhome owner enjoys
a private courtyard. Pillars with lamps atop, entry gates, and
water features create a warm welcome to each owner as they
approach their front door.
Caravelle Village is home to a diverse and eclectic mix
of residents. Within its confines, you’ll find professionals,
artists from various disciplines, retirees, families and a
wide-ranging demographic that gives Caravelle Village
its dynamic and vibrant character.
If you’re looking for exceptional architectural designs,
Caravelle Village doesn’t disappoint. The townhouses in this
community offer several models, each thoughtfully designed
to provide spacious, flowing living spaces. All include high
ceilings and skylights throughout which opens the space to
Florida’s natural warm light. The original exterior design
incorporated awnings which frame each window helping to
create a polished look. In fact, we’ve been told that some of
these designs have earned prestigious architectural awards,
a testament to the dedication to quality and innovation that
our residents continue to cherish. In recent years, as our
community has evolved, many of our residents have done
a total remodel of their units that include all the modern
conveniences available.
For those who appreciate the wonders of nature, Caravelle
Village has much to offer. While some residents enjoy golf
course views, others enjoy serene views either of lakes or
ponds and lush surroundings that draw an array of Florida
wildlife to the area. It’s not uncommon to spot graceful
wading birds, playful Iguanas, beautiful gray foxes or even
the occasional river otter basking in the sun.
