Wins At Boca Cavalcade Competition

Congratulations to the Jupiter Community High School,
Spirit of Jupiter Marching Band, for taking First Place in
Class 3a at the Boca Cavalcade event held Sept. 24.
Jupiter Community High School will be hosting
their own event, the Festival of Bands, on Nov. 5.

The slow-pitch
softball program is
open to persons 55 and
over and those who
register will be included
in pickup games and
have the opportunity
to develop their skills
in preparation for the JSSA Commissioner Paul
Winter League that Storch
launches in January
2023 and runs through March.
“We want people to come out and experience Happy Thanksgiving!
the joy and camaraderie of playing ball with other
like-minded players,” said JSSA Commissioner Paul
Storch. He noted also that the league’s three division Connecting Real People in Real Life!
format accommodates players of all abilities, “from
recreational play to very competitive and everything
in between.”
Games are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
morning at Maplewood Community Park, 1720 Tony
Penna Drive, beginning at 8:30 a.m. They are expected
to move to Jupiter Community Park after renovations
that are under way there are completed. The senior CALL START LOVE
