Food And Wine Seminars
Each year national and local chefs come out to Tradition
and instruct the public on how to cook a specialty dish.
In the La Cucina Galbani Cooking Stage free cooking
demonstrations are offered. Galbani cheese has crafted the

The La Cucina Galbani Cooking Stage will be filled

throughout the weekend. To compliment the palette of food,

of taste and style. Their collection ranges from white to red
and sparkling to sweet. Join us as world renowned wine
connoisseur Anthony Acampa as he takes you on a journey
with your palate at the free wine seminars featuring Bella
Bellina, Farmers of Wine, and Luna di Luna. Free wine
demonstrations and free cooking demonstrations will be held
throughout the weekend.
Aperol Spritz Piazza And More!
The new Aperol Spritz Piazza is the place to enjoy a Spritz
Veneziano, a refreshing sparkling cocktail, Aperol Spritz,
Italy’s No. 1 drink or try a Frangelico or Campari. Then, sit
and relax while taking in the sounds of the entertainers and
aroma of the food.
Port St. Lucie will be filled with food booths and vendors
cooking up grandma’s favorites from traditional dishes of
pasta, pizza, and sausage and peppers to the authentic food
of Italy with shrimp scampi, pinwheels, seafood pescatore,
calamari, antipasto platters, arancinis, raviolis, and more.
Then, don’t miss all the Italian dessert with homemade
zeppolas, sfogliatella, cannolis and cookies.
Charity
Little Smiles is the official charity of the Tradition Taste of
Little Italy. On Sunday, March 8 the Galbani Celebrity Cheese
Building for Charity contest featuring local celebrities will
be at 4 p.m. Little Smiles will have a booth on site raising
awareness with kid’s activities as well as accepting donations.
This is a volunteer driven, nonprofit 501(c)(3) children’s
charity. Their mission is to help heal hearts and create little
smiles by providing gifts and fun activities to children
