                                                                                                                • Comprehensive Agreement – Following the
                                                                                                             interim agreement, the city and Terra & Frisbie Group
                                                                                                             will negotiate a full agreement. This process will take
                                                                                                             time, and there will be significant opportunities for
                                                                                                             public information and input throughout.
                                                                                                                • Project Advancement – Once the comprehensive
                                                                                                             agreement is finalized the project will move into the
                                                                                                             next phase, including detailed design, permitting,
                                                                                                             and construction. The city will continue to provide
                                                                                                             ongoing updates to ensure transparency and public
                                                                                                             engagement.
                                                                                                                Discussions about revitalizing the Government
