The $40 million project is a public-private partnership

Led by founder and president, Michael Winter, the foundation
is made up of passionate volunteers who want to expand ice
sports in South Florida and make it accessible to all.
“We are excited to work with the City of Palm Beach
Gardens to create a vibrant space where the community can
come together, stay active, and enjoy a unique experience
year-round,” said Michael Winter. “Our goal for this project
is to ensure children and families, from all walks of life and
abilities, have access to winter sports.”
The new facility will offer a specialized recreational
amenity not commonly found in South Florida. It will also
bring an economic boost to residents by creating nearly 100
full-time and part-time jobs in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
