        Director of Security,
        St. Moritz Security
As we move past the first quarter of the year. I just
wanted to inform you that we have had little to no
major crime incidents. There have been no break-ins
and no stolen vehicles. That’s the good news.
The bad news is that criminals are
        always lurking around looking
        for their next target. That’s
why it is important that you
        continue to do what’s necessary
to avoid being the next victim.
        Continue to secure your vehicles
when parked. Always remove your key fob from
your vehicle. Do not allow packages to pile up at
your door. Set your alarm when you leave home. Add
additional cameras to your security system. Finally,
continue to call security to report any suspicious
        person(s) or activities.
Together we can make a difference. If you
see something, say something. Dial 911 for all
        emergencies.
