And Services Annual Gala, A Celestial Affair

The Palm Beach County Medical Society (PBCMS) as Palm Beach County Mayor, Maria
and Services held its annual gala, A Celestial Affair, on Sachs. Entertainment was provided
Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023. More than 250 guests enjoyed an by the Derek Mac Band, Music Works
elegant evening of dinner and dancing at PGA National Talent, and the American Fundraising
Resort and Spa. The black-tie event honored the 2023 Foundation travel auction.
PBCMS president, Martha Rodriguez, M.D., and installed The event raised $100,000 to
the incoming 2024 PBCMS president, Dawn Davanzo, M.D. help support PBCMS and Services
Special guests included Jason M. Goldman, M.D., president programs, including Project Access,
of the Florida Medical Association, State Representatives the Healthcare Emergency Response
Katherine Waldron and Peggy Gosset-Seidman, as well Coalition (HERC), the Medical Reserve
Corps (MRC), Community Health
Worker Care Coordination training
through the PBCMSS Institute for
Learning, the Physician Leadership
Academy, Physician Wellness, and the
Opioid Task Force.
