         Basically speaking, there are five main types of dessert
      wines: sparkling wine, lightly sweet dessert wine, richly

      our purposes we’ll talk about the more common three.
      Remember, for the most part we want a wine that goes with
      desserts that are often sweet and rich. These wines should be
      served in small glasses and drunk close to the vintage date.
