Live Like Jake Sixth Annual ‘Be The Light’ Gala Raises
Over $150,000 Towards Preventing Childhood Drowning
During One Enchanted Evening
Live Like Jake, the local foundation created in memory of Jake Roarke Morrison,
raised over $150,000 during their sold-out Sixth Annual Be the Light gala on Oct. 14
at Lady Jean Ranch. They welcomed 200 guests to support the foundation’s mission of
providing scholarships for self-rescue swim lessons and financial support to families
who have a child with critical care needs due to a drowning accident.

appetizer buffet, open bar, dinner, silent auction, 360 photo booth, dancing, and the
special Be the Light award which was presented to Eric Lupton with Life Saver Pool
