Palm Beach Symphony Raises More Than $600,000
During Spectacular 20th Annual Gala
The picturesque Venetian Ballroom in the breathtaking
Breakers Palm Beach was the setting for the sold-out Palm Beach
Symphony’s 20th Annual Gala that raised more than $600,000 in
support of world-class performances, educational programming
and instrument donations and also paid tribute to Palm Beach
Symphony’s late president Dale Archer McNulty.
Themed A Musical Journey, the gala began with a cocktail
reception in the famed Mediterranean Room. With music from
The King’s Academy Jazz Quintet as background, guests stopped
for a photo moment at the floral wall framed by stunning jewelry,
courtesy of sponsor Lugano Diamonds.
The magical musical journey continued as guests moved into
the ballroom to the lively tunes of the Danny Beck Band where James and Judy Woods Tom and Carol Bruce Katherine and Steven Pinard Sandra and Paul Goldner
they enjoyed dancing and where the tables were elaborately
adorned with sophisticated place settings, beautiful jewel-toned
florals and multitiered candles.
There were additional special moments throughout the
evening. Gala Cochairs James R. Borynack and Adolfo Zaralegui
paid homage to their friend and Palm Beach Symphony’s late
president Dale Archer McNulty, who was honored during the
gala. In a touching tribute to the passionate supporter and donor
of the symphony, a video highlighted the extraordinary impact
McNulty had on the musicians, students and community.
“Tonight is special because we celebrate the symphony’s
musical journey as we pay tribute to one of the men responsible
for its success, and that man is Dale McNulty,” said Zaralegui.
Added Borynack, “Dale was passionate about good music
and committed to our community. He attended every concert he Kenneth and Karen Rogers Kitty and Dudley Omura Sheryne and Richard Brekus Will and Mary Demory
