Golden Cub Ambassadors Club Grants Over

$250K For Children’s Health Care

The Golden Cub Ambassadors Club raised more than $250,000 for
children’s health care in 2023. On Tuesday, Dec. 5, club members gathered
for an annual holiday reception at The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Fla., to honor
and bestow grants to its charitable partners.
Grant recipients included Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Nicklaus
Children’s Palm Beach Gardens Outpatient Center, Mia’s Miracles,
HaitiChildren, Oliver Patch Project, Clinics Can Help – Cribs for Kids,
MiracleFeet, and Pediatrics at Jupiter Medical Center.
The granddaughter of Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, Christie Strunk, and her
husband Todger, have cochaired Golden Cub Ambassadors Club to further the
legacy of the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. In just its second
year, the club has more than doubled its fundraising efforts from 2022.
