The idea is for members to be able to recreate executive level recipes in their own
homes. This month’s class, “Bowled Over 2.0”, was a sequel to last summer’s well attended
“Bowled over” class.
Chef Longo is pleased to take this intimate experience to a larger audience with these
cooking classes. “The most exciting part is when they share their results with me,” he
reports. “I do this every day, but to be able to share a bit of my personality and signature
‘foodie’ creations with them outside of the kitchen is fantastic. I thrive on their excitement
when members are able to recreate these recipes at home. I get to share my passion with
people who are inspired by it. There’s nothing better.”
Broken Sound Club members are looking forward to the rest of this summer’s cooking
