	 All proceeds from the two-part event directly benefit the
Visiting Nurse Foundation and its mission to provide free
healthcare and community outreach to those in need. The
foundation uses charitable contributions from its events to fund
the Florence Nightingale Express mobile medical clinic, back
to school physicals, college scholarships, and more.
	 Since its creation in 1987, the Visiting Nurse Foundation
has been funded solely by donations from present and former
patients, employees, community members, and fundraising
events like the Annual Charity Golf Tournament and Silent
Auction, and the Annual Charity Sporting Clay Shoot, which
is being held this year on Oct. 20 at Quail Creek Plantation in
Okeechobee.
